11 – 31.       Your organization is operating in a “segmented departmental” mode with sales as a “bolt on”.  Customer Satisfaction, sales results and sales staff turnover may be major issues

32 – 43.       The integration of sales into the operations of the business is apparent but there is opportunity to improve.  Sales results are close to target, customer satisfaction is nearly acceptable, top performing sales staff leave after they finally make their targets

44 – 51.       Sales are integrated into the organization with a few areas that need improvement.  Targets will be generally met, customers will be usually satisfied and sales staff turnover will be relatively low

52 – 55.       Your Organization is “Sales Enabled”.  There are still areas that can be refined, but overall you are at the ‘leading edge’.  Sales results will be excellent, customers will refer others to deal with you and you will attract the best sales people in the industry.
