Sales Enabled Organization (SEnO)

The Sales Enabled Organization is one that has the entire organization aligned to support its sales efforts to its existing and prospective target customers.  Being a SEnO is a strategic initiative with the responsibility for being a SEnO allocated to the CEO by the Board who provide their active support.

Sales Enabled Organizations derive superior market sector results, particularly profitability, because they are able to gain and retain customers who see that “everyone I deal with is dedicated to me”.
